Very happy with the service received despite being an emergency appointment on a Saturday morning. Dr Tularam was very patient and attentive to my son. He took his time to explain everything that he was going to do and imaginatively answered the many questions about the tooth fairy and mushrooms! My experience with Dr Tularam is amazing. When I first brought Sabelo to her, he had a number of decayed teeth that needed to be extracted of which she did a wonderful job with that. Some teeth needed filling that was done perfectly. Teeth were cleaned. There were no broken teeth and no complications after theatre. Sabelo went to theatre again, again there were no complications he healed quicker. I Boni, mother of Sabelo I trust her with my son in theatre because I know everything will go well.

I first met Dr Saijal when I had the privilege of teaching her son. At the time, my daughter Emma—who is autistic—was 18 years old and had only been to the dentist once before, an experience that had been extremely distressing for her. When Emma later developed severe toothache, I reached out to Dr Saijal and explained Emma’s specific needs and anxieties around dental visits, asking if she would be willing to take her on as a patient. From the moment we arrived at Redefine Dental, Dr Saijal was gentle, patient, and deeply understanding. She took the time to ask both Emma and me what Emma needed to feel safe and comfortable, and she checked in with her continuously throughout the appointment. What could have been an overwhelming experience resulted in a calm and peaceful visit, even though the treatment required an extraction. Dr Saijal explained every step to Emma in a clear and reassuring way, ensuring she felt informed and respected throughout. What was expected to be a once-off visit due to the nature of the procedure became the start of a trusting relationship. Today, whenever Emma has any dental concerns, she specifically asks to see Dr Saijal—a testament to the care, empathy, and professionalism she consistently provides. I cannot recommend Dr Saijal and Redefine Dental highly enough. I confidently refer any parent of a child with autism or different needs to her, knowing they will be met with compassion, understanding, and exceptional dental care.

Visiting from the UK, my initial consult was with Dr Nik and treatment session with the OUTSTANDING Dr Saijal who performed a teeth clean, whitening and replaced 2 fillings. I was so impressed by their professionalism, service and the treatments themselves that I will most definitely be back upon my next visit to SA. Found this practice thru Google as I had a dental emergency on a weekend. Not only was that fixed; I ended up getting a smile makeover which I was very happy with too. I recommend both Dentists, who are both very good at what they do.

I had the best experience with getting full implants - I was so nervous and embarrassed about the state if my teeth and they listened to me with the utmost kindness and compassion - it was a tough process for months on end but Dr Tularam always made me feel so comfortable and encouraged me every step of the way - the kindest and most gentle, compassionate dental team and I will be forever grateful to Dr Tularam for giving me my smile back

Redefine dental has literally redefined my dental care. I usually come to SA and always suddenly have a toothache, aesthetic request or query about what's going on with my teeth and despite being so busy and offering the best client support, they always help me secure an appointment. Today I got a courteous reminder that I'm due for a dental cleaning, I found this simple gesture so cute and kind as people generally leave dentist appointments only for when there is something wrong. I love this progressive way of pushing dental care and hygiene. Can't wait for my next appointment and to leave out smiling again!

Best in the business! I was referred to Redefine Dental by a friend, because I had wanted to sort out one issue that had been bothering me for a while. When I got there, I was so impressed by the impeccable service and care that they provide. This then led to me sorting out a whole lot of other things to ensure that I've got the best smile. I'm still receiving ongoing care from them and I'm a very happy patient. I've received treatment from both Dr Saijal and Dr Nikhael Tularam and they are both amazing. The reception staff and the dental assistants are equally as amazing. Would also like to mention that they have a WhatsApp line where they send you reminders, check up on you after treatment, are able book appointments, etc. I was impressed with how quickly they respond on this WhatsApp line and how accessible they are to always address any issues/questions that you might have. Most importantly, they are great Doctors with very good bedside manners. I'm glad I ended up at Redefine Dental. Highly recommend them to anyone who needs Dental care.
