Every smile has a story. Ours began with a family legacy in dentistry and evolved into a shared vision between husband-and-wife team Dr Nikhael Tularam and Dr Saijal Hariparsad Tularam.
Inspired by generations of compassionate dental care, we founded Redefine Dental with one purpose: to redefine how people experience dentistry. By combining advanced technology, personalised care and a genuine passion for improving lives, we’ve created a practice where every patient is treated with honesty, empathy and clinical excellence.

My experience with Dr Tularam is amazing. When I first brought Sabelo to her, he had a number of decayed teeth that needed to be extracted of which she did a wonderful job with that. Some teeth needed filling that was done perfectly. Teeth were cleaned. There were no broken teeth and no complications after theatre. Sabelo went to theatre again, again there were no complications he healed quicker. I Boni, mother of Sabelo I trust her with my son in theatre because I know everything will go well.
I first met Dr Saijal when I taught her son. When my autistic daughter, Emma, developed severe toothache after a previously distressing dental experience, I reached out to Dr Saijal for help. From our first visit, she showed exceptional patience, empathy, and understanding. She took the time to understand Emma’s needs, explained every step clearly, and ensured she felt safe and respected throughout treatment. What could have been an overwhelming experience became calm and reassuring. Today, Emma specifically asks to see Dr Saijal whenever she has dental concerns—a true reflection of the trust, care, and professionalism she provides.
Visiting from the UK, my initial consult was with Dr Nik and treatment session with the OUTSTANDING Dr Saijal who performed a teeth clean, whitening and replaced 2 fillings. I was so impressed by their professionalism, service and the treatments themselves that I will most definitely be back upon my next visit to SA. Found this practice thru Google as I had a dental emergency on a weekend. Not only was that fixed; I ended up getting a smile makeover which I was very happy with too. I recommend both Dentists, who are both very good at what they do.
